Mr. Paul M. Barausky is a highly regarded financial services professional with over three decades of experience in the financial services industry. Over the course of his career he has held senior positions at leading firms, including Lincoln Financial, INVESCO, Steadfast Capital and more. In 2019, he co-founded Sealy Investment Securities, LLC (”SIS”), the managing broker-dealer of Sealy & Company sponsored investment offerings. Currently, he is the Chief Distribution Officer and a Managing Principal of SIS.
Mr. Barausky has successfully built and managed wholesale teams that have collectively raised billions of dollars in the financial institution, registered investment advisor and independent broker dealer communities. In his current role, he regularly consults with Sealy acquisitions, asset management, and property management teams to provide Sealy Investment Securities’ constituents with the best and most current industrial market data.
He is a dynamic public speaker who combines his experience, wit and industry knowledge into uniquely compelling presentations. Paul resides in Dallas, TX with his wife Jackie.
